Additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron, air fryer and raclette set.

- A 150 m² double terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

- Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited, and noise disturbances, particularly after 10 p.m., will not be tolerated out of respect for the neighbours. A decibel detector is present in the accommodation.
- A CCTV camera is installed on the outside of the house, filming towards the entrance.
