The extra room was a bonus but I’m glad there were only 4 of us as 6 would have felt very cramped. The Modern Chalet style wasn’t what we booked nor particularly wanted however we we glad to have a covered balcony as it rained for half our stay. "This very clean one bedroom apartment is, maybe, 50m from the beach. Great shops, restaurants in the area. Wonderful surfing. Great walking on the promenade. Both the bed and fold out couch were very comfortable. There is no AC which would have been very hot for us Canadians if the weather had not cooled down. Thankfully there were a couple fans provided. Otherwise, a wonderful place and Philippe was a great host, responding to all our enquires quickly."
