"The gite is well equipped and is good sized for a couple. The two stand-outs for me were: The picture south-facing window, so had wonderful light and an incredible view that changed through the day: The downstairs bedroom which stayed cool even with 30c days. "House well equipped and comfortable. Access to UK programmes via Sky box appreciated, but no Wi-fi a bit disappointing. A few points I feel are worth making - I hope you’ll take them in the spirit they are offered: Lounge seating a bit uncomfortable. Pool clearly has a leak and needed topping up daily. Some light switches not very secure - one in particular is for the short hall leading to the 2nd bedroom. We enjoyed our 10 days here, allowing us to visit Soubes again after selling our villa...

"Regine and Klaus were wonderful and kind hosts during my (only three day stay) and just wish I could have enjoyed the privacy and specialness of the Lauret village setting a bit longer. Ideal for one person or a couple who wish to cook meals in or go out. Wonderful town of St. Matthieu just south has a good restaurant and awesome (bakery) Boulangerie. "We had a wonderful time at the house. The location is perfect, so quiet and picturesque. The pool was a lovely temperature and we enjoyed the size. The hosts were very accommodating and went out of their way to meet up around our early flight times which we much appreciated. We would highly recommend this property and the hosts! "The fireplace could not be used. The filtration of the swimming pool was only on in the morning. Therefore it was not Cleary clean. At the end of our holiday the technician made the swimming pool clean, and de filtration on going. This was late, we liked to have a clean swimming pool in the earlier days of our holiday. We asked for it, but the cleaning was 1 day earlier then respected."

"Everything about this property is lovely. It is nicely decorated and equipped with all modern conveniences. We were visiting family and didn't have to cook any meals, but the kitchen is well equipped. We will have to come again when the weather is warmer to use the pool and enjoy the garden. "Unfortunately we were plagued by creatures, it could have been the weather or the fact that the builder who was banging a lot had disturbed them. The apartment needed updating. there was no ventilation in the separate toilet, no smoke alarm or extinguisher, tv did not work, overgrown garden with rotten decking,full bins and a dirty bbq. We found the area noisy at night and tight to park in. On the plus side the bed was comfy but not proper pillows. We left early and the owners gave us 2 nights...
