The hotel really needs maintenance. There are no towel hangers by the sink and no place to put soap, etc in shower. Toilet holder is falling off the wall. There is no elevator, but we did know that before. However, the beds were super comfy and clean towels and linen were provided every day. Coffee is in your room. And the location is ideal as it is very close to the boardwalk and many different restaurants. I had fallen on a cement clump and Rodney at the desk was very helpful. He had a first aid kit and bandaged and disinfected my scrapes. He even phoned the next day and gave me new bandages. So a huge shout out to RODNEY. Thanks so much.

The room was clean and well decorated. The bed was super comfy and was in great walking distance to everything we needed.

Close enough to the action, far enough for a restful sleep, newly renovated, perfect sheets, towels, spa grade soap and nice freshly ground coffee in the room as well as a mini fridge !

Great location, walkable to everything. Plenty of room to relax. Beds are comfortable. HThe outside of the building is not what is shown in the picture so that was a little confusing. Check in was fine and so was parking. Would stay again.

Beautiful old hotel, very clean and staff helpful. Walking distance to explore Old Quebec.
