In Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, Cocoonr agency offers for rent, less than a kilometer from the beach, this charming 30 m² apartment with sea view can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 4th floor (with elevator), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. We're waiting for you!
The apartment comprises
- 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher (shelf supplied), hob...
- Bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), which can be brought together to form a double bed
- Bathroom with shower and washing machine
- Separate WC
Outside :
- A 6 m² balcony with side sea view, enclosed by sliding doors. The balcony has furniture (1 table, 4 chairs and 2 chiliennes) to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private outdoor parking lot (1 car).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: La Roche Sur Yon approx. 61 km, Nantes approx. 74 km
- Nearest airport: Nantes, approx. 77 km
- Frequent bus links between Nantes & Saint Jean de Monts

- Starting September 15th, facade renovation work will take place in the building. The work will begin on the opposite side, so it should not cause any significant disturbance during your stay.
