Spacious and fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 8 people in a calm environment with a beautiful view of the tree-lined garden.



Outside, you will enjoy a garden, ideal for relaxing whilst reading a book on a sun lounger in the open air. A 20 m² terrace furnished with garden furniture and a plancha will allow you to share your meals outside and make the most of the beautiful Vendée days.



Inside, the entrance leads directly into a beautiful, welcoming and bright living space. The lounge, furnished with a comfortable sofa, several armchairs and a television, is the ideal place to relax after a long day of activities in the region. Extending from this, the dining area features a large table that can accommodate up to 8 people for sharing good meals with family or friends. The open-plan American kitchen, modern and functional, is fully equipped: induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle as well as everything needed to cook as if at home.



On the night side, the house has 4 comfortable bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: Master suite with a Queen Size bed (160x200) with its en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace.

- Bedroom 2: a Queen Size bed (160x200)

- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90x200)

- Bedroom 4: a double sofa bed (140x190)



A bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and a hairdryer as well as a separate toilet complete the accommodation.



Two parking spaces outside are available on the plot.



For added convenience, the accommodation also has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron with its ironing board, and also reversible air conditioning throughout the property.

For the youngest travellers, the following are at your disposal: a travel cot, a high chair and a baby potty.
