Cocoonr∕Bookandpay agency offers for rent, in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, this flat with sea view, less than one kilometer from the beach, with a surface area of 25 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 5th floor with lift, it comprises a 17 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Bed linen and towels included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 17 m² living room with TV, 1 double sofa bed
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A Loggia (enclosed balcony) to enjoy the fine weather

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Coastal paths and Corniche Vendéenne for walking or cycling
