Une forte odeur de renfermé et d'humidité régnait, et il était impossible d'utiliser le chauffage pour atténuer ce problème, les radiateurs étant coupés et inopérants. Il y a un an, nous avions loué un appartement au premier étage dans le même immeuble, où tout était irréprochable. Aujourd’hui, cette expérience est malheureusement très décevante."
