Located 2 km from the seaside resort of Saint François, the Anse des Rochers complex is a magnificent area of Creole architecture. With a beautiful sandy beach 350 meters long, 1200 m2 infinity pool, access to the residence closed by barriers, controlled by security guards is strictly reserved for residents. Nothing is missing to combine leisure and rest. The apartment is on the 1st floor, fully equipped kitchen on the terrace. Independent bedroom with balcony, Very comfortable convertible sofa in the living room for two people, plus possibility of adding a single bed and a cot. Mosquito nets provided.
The monitored car parks are inside the residence.

The apartment is clean and well equipped, and the lady in charge of welcoming at your arrival very efficient and friendly. The complex where the flat is located is very nice, with a gorgeous swimming pool and a nice, small beach. It's mantained clean and the garden is ok, also the safety level is high on the 24 hours.The only risk is sometimes a lack of water, but it's only few hoiurs a week and the flat is provided with a small reserve of water.

Appartement dans résidence privée, surveillée top. Le cadre est magnifique, gentillesse de tous les vacanciers, proche de tout, des plages magnifiques pour bien visiter grande terre. La piscine fantastique.. Très bien organisé par le propriétaire sympathique et Estelle sympathique qui est là pour nous mettre à l' aise et nous aider à prendre nos marques..séjour au top MERCI

Magnifique séjour à l anse des rochers, appartement spacieux et bien décoré, rien ne manquait, c était parfait. L appart se trouve dans une belle résidence avec une immense piscine et une petite plage avec sable blanc et cocotiers,,une vraie carte postale!!!

Cet endoit est tout simplement merveilleux. Tres bien entretenu une piscine avec une vue extraordinaire et une plage de sable fin.un restaurant de plage comme on les aime. L appartement est certe vieillissant mais bien entretenu avec tout le nécessaire et Alice qui nous reçoit est efficace et a l écoute Climatisation efficace.seul bemol un volet de terrasse bloqué fermé. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer tollen Ferienanlage. Der Pool ist sehr groß und wunderschön. Die Gartenanlage sehr gepflegt. Der Hausstrand klein aber fein. Das Restaurant ti Coco sehr zu empfehlen. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist einfach. Wir dachten dass wir Meerblick hätten, da haben wir die Fotos falsch gedeutet. Internet über WLAN so gut wie nicht möglich, Problem weil man dort bescheidenen Handyempfang hat. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden. Kleine Abzüge wegen WLAN und einfacher Ausstattung und ohne Meerblick.

Cela aurait été parfait si le mobilier et accessoires de l'appartement étaient plus récents. Appartement très appréciable pour des vacances en famille et avec des petits. Piscine en bas de l'appartement et plage à 5 min. Il y a même un resto très sympa sur la plage. Résidence sécurisée et très appréciable. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour de super vacances.

Nous avons adoré l'accès a la piscine et à la plage privée, le fait que ce soit une résidence privée fermée, on pouvait marcher en toute sécurité avec les enfants . Par contre , le divan-lit n'est clairement pas aussi confortable qu'annoncé et beaucoup de poussière dans certains coins de l'appartement . Autrement Alice est très gentille et nous a bien accueillis.

Avec ma famille nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement! La résidence est magnifique, le lieu est propre, la plage, la piscine, tout est parfait! L’hôte reste disponible pour toutes questions! Franchement je recommande fortement!
