"Maybe the experience was so poor due to our unique circumstance. We were staying in Monaco for a week, but decided to do a 1-day overnight trip to Paris. We has a handicap senior and 2 children under 10. We traveled by train, so we didn't have a car. We explained this to the host. It was dark and cold and it took forever to find the box to get the key. Instructions were poor. The bathroom had mold. The towels were stained, small and thin. There were no face towels. There was no adequate linen...

The price you pay is being a bit outside the city center, but the trains are so efficient that we happily a few extra minutes on the train to get anywhere. We didn't have the breakfast, so cannot speak to that, but the room itself was extremely clean and relatively spacious for our family of 4. "
