"Hotel beautify situated, views were great, staff was almost universally great and friendly. Beach equipment was dated and some were kind of shoddy (eg no pump for inflatable SUP so it was too low pressure to stand on) swim fins with broken straps. Food at beach was not really available (waited >1 hr with hungry kids before we gave up on our order) Most importantly I was not pleased that this reservation did not include numerous service fees that were not included the expedia reservation/payment. Resort says this was disclosed at time of booking but I cant find that disclosure. It was certainly not prominent at the time of booking. Expedia barred the amounts of these fees from my review when I tried to post initially but there were several of them and they were not negligible or based on any extra services I received or requested. "
