We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Coulomb, this charming apartment under roof, crossing from East to West of a surface of 33 m ÂČ and being able to accomodate until 2 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 19 mÂČ, an open equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a common garden of about 180 mÂČ. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 19 mÂČ with TV and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with Italian shower.
- Separate toilet

Outside :
- An unenclosed west-facing garden shared with the other apartments and equipped with two picnic tables to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Coulomb, in a very pleasant environment within a small dead end. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Between Saint Malo and Cancale come and enjoy the town of Saint-Coulomb, a resort site for tourists in all seasons.
- Tourist sites : Many fine sandy beaches, Saint Malo (the Corsair city), Cancale and its oysters, Dinard (pearl of the Emerald Coast), Dinan (city of art and history with picturesque charm), Rennes (capital of Brittany)
- Sporting activities : Various nautical activities, hiking along the GR34 to discover the Breton coast, paragliding...
- Cultural visits : The Mont Saint-Michel located at about 30 km, the big aquarium of Saint Malo...
- Events : Rum route, no logo festival (reggae), quai des bulles, Saint-Malo craft beer, rock route, étonnants voyageurs...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the outside parking lot at the foot of the building (numbered sign in front of each space).

- Nearest train station: Saint Malo train station located about 14 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport located at about 1H by car.

- Sheets and towels included.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Free Wifi available.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Baby bed and mattress on request at 15€ per stay, payment to our provider on site.

Chevrets "🙂 L'appartement est spacieux et propre. Il dispose de plusieurs commoditĂ©s notamment une cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e et une salle de bain spacieuse et agrĂ©able 🙁 Lit trop petit. Le Matelas est usĂ© avec un trou au centre ce qui empĂȘche de passer une bonne nuit car on a la sensation de glisser vers le milieu et dormir sur une pente"

Chevrets Logement trĂšs agrĂ©able, en sous pente mais suffisamment haute. Logement utilisĂ© uniquement pour dormir, pas d’avis sur l’équipement de cuisine. Chambre agrĂ©able avec literie de bonne qualitĂ©. A noter que l’accĂšs se fait par un escalier en bois aux marches un peu hautes et que le respect de toutes les places de stationnement n’est possible qu’avec des vĂ©hicules de petite taille.

Chevrets "Appartement trĂšs mignon, bien placĂ© dans le centre de st Coulomb. Attention il y a 2 rues pour accĂ©der au logement et les 2 sont trĂšs Ă©troites, si votre voiture est large, risque d'avoir des rayures. Pour les places de parking, c'est trĂšs Ă©troit, et on ne peut pas reculer pour faire des manƓuvres pour se garer, attention aux rayures! Pour le canapĂ© il faudrait penser a le nettoyer ainsi que les coussins, ils dĂ©gagent une forte odeur. Le mieux c'est de mettre une housse pour pouvoir le nettoyer plus facilement."

Chevrets Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans ce logement. Logement trĂšs propre. Nous avons vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ© la proximitĂ© de la boulangerie, du boucher ou de la supĂ©rette (pas d'utilisation de notre voiture). Les vĂ©lux permettent un bon courant d'air mĂȘme pendant l'Ă©tĂ© je suppose (nous y Ă©tions en Septembre). Nous Ă©tions au dernier Ă©tage et avons apprĂ©ciĂ© de n'avoir personne au dessus de nous, le logement Ă©tait trĂšs bien.

L’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ© et agrĂ©able. Le parking devant l’immeuble apprĂ©ciable. La boulangerie juste en bas est un plus trĂšs sympathique. En revanche il faut savoir que l’escalier est trĂšs raide et peut ĂȘtre difficile pour quelqu’un qui a des difficultĂ©s Ă  monter les marches. Un petit Ă©criteau Wi Fi est là
 mais rien n’est inscrit dessus. Nous avons cherchĂ© sur les infos envoyĂ©es et un code Wi Fi y figure mais ne fonctionne pas!! La tĂ©lĂ© affiche souvent « signal non trouvĂ© »! Un effort pour avoir un peu plus de couverts serait bien aussi

Chevrets "Appartement is zoals beschreven en heel proper. Let op : ligt vlak bij een kerk die elke dag om 07:00h een heel beiaardconcert ten beste geeft (niet gewoon zeven slagen!) en daarna elk kwartier de klokken luidt. Bakker, kleine supermarkt, beenhouwer en apotheek vlakbij. Verder heel weinig te doen in het dorp maar goede locatie voor uitstappen en mooie stranden. WiFi werkte heel slecht (wij zaten op bovenste verdieping). Eigenaar is hiervoor langsgekomen na twee dagen."

Logement sous les toits bien équipé. Seul problÚme, le canapé dans lequel on ne savait pas rester assis. A 30 minutes à pied de petites criques de sable bien sympathiques. Boulangeries, boucheries et petite épicerie dans le village.

Chevrets Excellent séjour. Nous avons apprécié la situation, le calme, le confort et la décoration cosy de l'appartement. Nous avons aussi eu des réponses rapides, précises et cordiales à nos questions. Les frais de ménage sont un peu élevés car ils incluent en fait le service blanchisserie et la fourniture de quelques consommables. Pour un court séjour, cela rend certes le prix de la nuitée un peu élevé mais nous ne regrettons rien car le logement était trÚs agréable et la personne de l'agence trÚs disponible.
