The accommodation is in the main house of the farmhouse.On the ground floor, a large 70 m2 room comprising the living room, dining room, staircase and kitchen. With 2 fireplaces (decorative only), a row of cabinets and a period clock.On the ground floor also, in the lean-to, an 11 m2 bedroom, a bathroom (sink + shower), the entrance hall of the house (in granite paving), a toilet and the 'Ty-Vorn' living room (11 m2), room where the old oven was located (with its fireplace).On the first floor (70 m2 in total), there are 3 bedrooms and a shower room (with 2 sinks and a shower). The large bedroom has an office area and a walk-in closet, as well as a fireplace. A second bedroom has a marble fireplace.The third bedroom is smaller and is intended for children, with a bunk bed.On the second floor (former attic), 2 spacious bedrooms at the ends and a central relaxation area.The heating uses an aerothermal heat pump with heated floor on the ground floor and cast iron radiators on the 2 floors.Outside, on the side of the entrance courtyard, a restored and secured well and the old cider press. Several parking spaces are available in this courtyard.On the other side, in front of the house, a courtyard of about 80 m2 and a lawn of about 120 m2. The courtyard has an old farmhouse table and benches for outdoor dining; a barbecue and space for ball games too.
In the farmhouse, only the main house, the entrance courtyard and the courtyard facing the house (courtyard and lawn) are accessible to tenants.The old annexes (nurseries, shed) are not rented. Renovation work is planned in some of them.
