Friendly staff, very welcoming. Clean updated rooms and simple but quality breakfast. Left some valuables behind after check out but owner set them aside for me to pick up. Very happy with this experience. Will stay again when in the area.

My dad lives up in Sudbury so he came and met me and my friends down there. He brought his old dog and the gates were awesome for the keeping. A little dog in the place was clean. We enjoyed the boats. Everything just everything

All good but a shortage of plates, glasses was an issue.Weather was not that great due to overcast and on shore winds. We never got to launch our boat on site.At the end it served most of our needs but will likely not return.
