Duplex Gwenan - Maisonnette proche plage
In Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent you this charming new semi-detached house built in 2023, approximately one kilometer from the beach. It has a surface area of 35 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a lovely 16 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a 30 m² garden. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area :
- 16 m² living room with TV, sofa bed ( 140x190) and dining table
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hob...
Sleeping area :
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower, vanity unit, towel dryer and WC
Exterior:
- A south-facing terrace of approx. 11 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- An 8 m² south-west-facing terrace with garden furniture and parasol
- A laundry room
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue (charcoal provided), washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- St-Cast golf course 1 km away
- Numerous activities await you in the surrounding area, including scuba diving, hiking, golf, windsurfing, swimming, water skiing, surfing, sailing, water sports, cycling, mountain biking, fishing, horse riding, tennis, nearby equestrian center and an accrobranche park 5 min away by bike.
- the Pointe de la Garde and its magnificent panoramic views are a 5-minute bike ride away.
Transportation:
- You can park directly in the apartment's shared private parking lot.
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo train station (33 km)
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport (24 km)
