Pleasant 34 m² house located just 50 metres from the sea in the popular Courance area.

On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with a kitchen (hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), a cosy 5.88 m² bedroom and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, a second bedroom of 6.39 m² awaits you, along with a bathroom and a double built-in cupboard.

Outside, there is a lovely terrace with a private, exclusive 80 m² garden, a storeroom, a wooden chalet and a parking space directly in front of the property.

The beach in the immediate vicinity (50 m) is not authorised for swimming, but there is a safe, equipped beach just 1 km away.

Cleaning at the end of your stay is included, so you can leave with peace of mind. Optional services such as linen and WIFI are available on site.

Pets are not allowed, the accommodation is non-smoking and events are not permitted.

Attention plage proche mais interdite de baignade

Habitation correcte mais interieur vieillot. Il y a tout le necessaireet Il y a un lave linge. Semaine bien agreable malgré mauvaise surprise de la plage toute proche mais interdite a la baignade.
