"My stay at the Amathus Beach Hotel Limassol was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a level of warmth, professionalism and attention to detail that truly sets this hotel apart. The resort itself is stunning, immaculately maintained, beautifully designed and perfectly positioned along the coastline. Every element, from the elegant rooms to the incredible dining experiences and serene pool areas, reflects luxury and comfort at its finest. What truly elevated my experience, however, was the outstanding leadership of the Resort Manager, Efthymios Katsenios. His presence is felt throughout the hotel, ensuring every guest is cared for with genuine hospitality and excellence. Efthymios goes above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere and his dedication to delivering a flawless guest experience is truly remarkable. The service across the entire team was impeccable, attentive, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. It’s rare to find a place where everything feels so effortlessly perfect. The pools were lovely, although the Children’s pool was closed and the main pool was on the cold side. However the heated indoor pool was great for the children to swim in. Kids Club facilities are amazing, equipped with soft play and extensive activities. Children have to be 4yrs old to be left unattended, however you can gain access to supervise younger children."

"The issuing of a key was not possible as their system had broken down and overall checkin took longer than I expected. The rooms are described as being sound proof but in fact I could still hear the horns of cars inside my room. I was given an upgrade. In regards to security, normally your room number isn’t said out allowed but the receptionist did and then when I was escorted by the bellboy he announced my room number out loud in the corridor. Had a good sleep and the breakfast buffet was excellent."

"Good room, spacious and fairly clean. Modern decor. I asked for a dream box as the tv tuner didn’t seem to work. Balcony in room 122 was probably the smallest I’d seen. We had the breakfast option and, all I’d say is, go early as it got (gets) very crowded. Food options were ok, nothing special and didn’t feel 5-star. I ordered an omelette and is was ok. Quite a lot of food options for kids. Bring your own tea bags as the tea served is very low quality. What let the hotel down was the lack of children’s activities compared to other similar hotels in the area. The playground needs a complete renovation."

"Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating despite it coming towards end of season, room was spacious but could have been cleaner. The shower was amazing, great water pressure. Air con was loud but worked well. Loved the balcony and views of the sea, but the beach wasn’t very nice so we stuck to the pool, which was huge (and cold) but closed early. Food was nice enough for a buffet but would recommend trying out the local restaurants around the hotel to try real Cypriot food. The entertainment was good but repetitive when staying over a week. We appreciated the library and board games available. The location isn’t amazing if you don’t rent a car but we found it easy to get around as it’s close to the motorway and there are lots of towns and villages nearby to visit. (Easy parking too) Overall the hotel itself was a very relaxing, quiet and homely and for the price we’d opt to stay here again if visiting Limassol in the future."
