Large self-contained studio with swimming pool in a nest of greenery in the heart of the Luberon

  • Large studio in front of the swimming pool, recently fitted out with new and functional furniture. Separate kitchen, separate bathroom and WC, large living room, air conditioning. The swimming pool, to be shared with the owners, is large (15mx7, depth 3 meters in the large bath). a circulation is arranged all around. The stone studio is located in front of and below the owners' house, also in stone. Located in the countryside, the environment is calm, without nuisance, only 1.5 km from the town of Apt and 2 km from the picturesque village of Saignon, at the end of a dead end. The property is located on the GR 92 and you can walk to the village of Saignon in around 30 minutes
