The location is beautiful and very serene but the rooms are very run down and out of touch decor. This is my 2nd stay and again the fireplace did not work.staff is always pleasant and check in is a breeze

Very nice stayed on the 23rd floor and it had a beautiful view of the city! Called the front for extra towels, sheets etc and they got them to us right away! The front staff was very nice and helpful. Only downside was we didnt ask for a parking pass to be going in and out of the hotel and we ended up paying to come and go, that on top of the $55 parking was a bit much but overall a good experience definitely would stay here again.

Nice staff and good restaurant. Room could have been cleaner - someone had been spitting paan beside the bed and it was not clean. Would recommend this hotel for sure.
