「There was a little mix up with the confirmed booking to start with, which appears to be the company’s fault. However our host was amazing and immediately jumped in the help with the problem. He helped us with navigating the area and even exchanging money for local currency. 「This property is listed by ebookers as being 0.01m from tahrir square. I booked with filters on as for a first short trip I wanted to be close to some attractions. Turns out this place is over a half an hour cab away from there and pretty much in the middle of nowhere. When I arrived, the taxi couldn’t find the property as it was in such a random location and then to add to that they couldn’t find my booking and demanded payment so took a few hours to sort this out. 「It was not the same as the one i booked. The owner said it was over booked and he arranged a different unit. But it was in very poor condition and we had to find another place. The owner refused to refund our money. I have many pictures to prove my complain.」

「We enjoyed our time here - it was clean and felt safe, with 24hr security onsite. There is a roof terrace for all to use (although this could do with a little TLC). The front desk attendants were friendly and very helpful - they helped us a great deal with translation when trying to arrange delivery of our delayed luggage. We would love to return for another stay someday.」
