Inspected the room upon check in. The bed sheets and spread were both stained. The carpet was severely stained. The toilet was not secured to floor, had a piece of wood wedged under it and wobbled front to back and side to side. Contacted the manager on duty and mentioned the condition of the space. He acknowledged everything as known issues as the norm. He even offered that all of their sheets were stained. I requested a different room and was told that there was nothing else available due to sell out. I advised due to the late hour I would stay that night but would leave immediately the next morning. I asked for a refund/discount and would told I needed to contact Expedia directly and make that request. Have been unsuccessful contacting Expedia.

The staff was friendly and that’s the only nice thing I have to say about this place. I’ve stayed at questionable spots before but this was next level gross. Air conditioning unit was caked with dust. Carpets, comforter and SHEETS all had stains on them. It was questionable whether they were actually clean or not. The place smelled of stale cigarettes. Cobwebs on every wall of the room, and they had been there so long they were collecting dust! We stayed maybe 20 mins before getting out of there. If you have ZERO standards this place is for you.

This motel was very disappointing. The floor was dirty along with the bathroom. The microwave was not clean as well as standing water in the bottom of the refrigerator. There were also multiple flies buzzing around the room. We had booked a 2 night stay, but after the first night we were so disgusted with it that we decided to leave. The owner the next morning did not identify himself as the owner and said he was just in charge of the laundry. He said the manager was out and he made no attempt to remedy the situation when we said the room was dirty and we wanted to leave. There most I can say about the place was that the bed was comfortable. But that was little solace when you feel disgusted to put your feet on the floor. Had we gotten to the hotel sooner we might have had time to look for a different place or inspect the room more thoroughly to get a different room. As it was we didn’t have many options due to our travel schedule. (Lesson learned)

The room smelled terrible, with a very strong cigarette odor, even the pillows smelled of smoke. The bathroom had an unpleasant urine smell, and there were numerous greasy stains on the bedding.

Do not reserve this place. This place false advertises that they are queen beds, in actuality they are full beds. Rooms are smelly and dirty! Drain didn’t work in the shower, ac didn’t work and neither did TV! Only stayed one night (signed up for two) but had to get some place else the next day. Could not stay here any longer. Tried to get a refund and couldn’t. Like a Bates no tell motel! Just horrible!

There was still garbage in the bathroom when we arrived. The toilet never stopped running and hard to flush. There was toothpaste residue on the bathroom counter. The bathroom door didn't lock. There was food residue in the fridge. There was food residue in the microwave. Microwave handle was broken. There was matted hair on the hair dryer. The bathroom mirror was not clean. The TV didn't work. The bed sheet was stained in three spots. When I asked if we could change rooms, the response was..."all rooms are taken." When I complained about the stained sheets, the response was..."all of our sheets are stained." My wife slept with her clothes on.

On site manager was very friendly and happy to help. This place is a old school motel. adjacent to a large corn field, directly off a somewhat busy road, with fields on the other side. The setting was not something common for me personally so that aspect of it was kind of nice. It definitely had a smell that wasn't great, but for a timely motel where cigarettes were likely brandished with regularity, it's not all that surprising. They are non smoking rooms now. Inexpensive and does the job.

The room was dingy, dirty, and smelled like stale cigarettes. It looked nothing like the picture. I went because of the great reviews. If I was able to get a refund I would have left. We did not want to touch anything. Luckily we brought our own blankets. My daughter said it was creepy and gross. Even for the cheap price, it should have been more sanitary. Do not go here!

Staff was great and he was very helpful. That is where it ends. The room is NOT what the pictures show. I would describe the property as a small apartment complex that needs a lot of attention. Room—Dirty to Nasty-from the floor, to bedding, to gross toilets… I’m pretty sure they were renting it out until the guy from prison got out and back to this room! There was a stocker outside asking if we had a room reservation because this place was full and no where close had rooms. Im pretty sure he slept in the parking lot. Be aware of #26.

Blood-stained sheets and a door with a lock that doesn't work, had to be let in and out by the manager. Parking lot full of sketchy partying. Could say more, but the easiest thing is this: avoid this place, it's distgusting and unsafe.
