We were very happy with the remolded room. Very comfortable, clean and smelled great. We are hoping you will remodel the outside and redo parking lot to make it a great motel to stay!! We will definitely stay again it was very quiet and the man working the desk was so friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend

Was nice, clean and quiet only thing wrong was bathroom so small you couldn't turn around toilet too close to wall knees touch wall in front of you and toilet almost touched the sink cabinet on the right nice size shower though

Very friendly staff but poor breakfast

Room was clean and nice it was small but nice bathroom was extremely small if your tall you put your face into the wall basically to sit on the toilet, My husband asked for another set of towels and he ended up with dirty washcloth he washed it himself before he could use it in his shower. Hotels said commentary breakfast till 10 but there was no breakfast at most it’s grab in go maybe a bowl of dry cereal.

Good for a "Just passing through" night

The room is small and a bit outdated, but for the price it was just fine. the area was reasonably quiet and the room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The cleanest thing at this place is the sign. Coat rack was falling off the wall, big chunks of plaster out of the walls, hasn’t seen new paint since 1962. So bad even the toilet paper holder wouldn’t hold toilet paper. Spend $10 more and go to a real motel.

It was disturbingly dirty. The room had several surprises including drug paraphernalia and left over food. I wiped out the shower and that was so bad that I was thankful i had flip flops. The woman at the counter was very nice though.

Clean, but VERY TINY room. Long wait for service.

For what we paid, it was OK. Hosts were friendly, but it took an extremely long time to rouse someone to come out from the back to the check-in desk and give us our key when we got in around 10:00 at night. The room was very clean but was the tiniest we have ever stayed in. There was no closet, nor even a hanging bar for our clothes. Towels were folded very haphazardly. Breakfast was simple, but adequate. No individual cartons of milk, only a gallon of 2% that the lady at the front desk kept in a refrigerator in a room behind the desk and brought out to let us pour what we needed on our cereal and then return it to her. They had raisin bran…our favorite.

Never Again

If you stay here, bring flip flops to wear in the room and in the shower. Maybe bring your own towels. Freezer did not work in fridge, the microwave was beyond gross. The whole room as a whole was very dirty. I wore flip flops and wiped down a lot of things like tables, and even the remote to the tv. This room was not worth $55. I would not even pay $20 for a room like this. Sorry, but I need to be blunt and honest about my stay there.

The rooms were old, no heat. Cobwebs in corners. Broken shower drain. Pillows and towels looked old and stained. Second day no one cleaned or provided new towels--had to ask. Asked for heat and they brought portable electric heater. Nice people, but not aware of our society's ways.

Lesson learned

So we needed a bed a tv and a shower. So we chose GratiotView because of the price. Check in was tough. Wouldn't take my card. Had to reboot system. Then receipt wouldn't print so I'd have to come back up in the morning to sign. Get to the room and settle in. TV doesn't work. Call the front desk. Doesn't work. Call with phone in the room. Doesn't work. Walk up to the lobby and get told that "She's not coming out tonight". No offer of a different room. Nothing. Check out on time however my ride had run to the store and wasn't back. We had to leave the property and was not able to wait. I had to walk across the street and wait at Meijer. I guess you get what you pay for!
