Door moves very slow then slams right off making a bad, noisy sound. Even next door has the same problem. One wall lamp is not working making too dim for the room. Good thing the tv gives light to brighten a little bit. Overall, its a good stay. Will definitely come back.

Check in was good ,then it went downhill from there. Took a long time to get hooked up to the wifi, tv remote was difficult to figure out. The pool was cold and the hot tub wasn't much warmer. The door for the room had to slammed shut and was difficult to open. Will not stay there again .

Filthy rooms, we had two rooms, bathrooms not cleaned, moved three times, found same condition in each. Rude housekeeping staff, carpwts not vacuumed (were the sheets even changed?)discussed with GM she said she has no boss we could talk to, ice tastes of chlorine, ruined our water, my door would not shut right and had a large gap with the frame, no shelf in fridge to put things on, in middle of an unfinished remodel, did not see that posted anywhere, smdry and hard fake eggs for breakfast, warm sausage and warm coffee, hard bagels, stay in your car before here.

The hotel was under construction and we were not told ahead of time. The staff at night was rude. The breakfast was meh. For that money you would think it would be a little better.

Desk clerk was not just rude; she was offensively aggressive, contentious, and demeaning. Her name was Payden. She was so bad, actually, that we left and went to a different hotel not booked through Expedia. The hotel was also under construction immediately inside the front entry, and there was no mention of that anywhere either on the Expedia listing or on the hotel’s direct website. The construction area was also dirty, cluttered and not well curtained off. I will never stay at this property again (yes I have stayed here before and it was decent…) and I urge Expedia to drop it from its list of participating properties. It was THAT BAD.

I emailed and called to inquire if their hot tub was open. Never got a hold of anyone and when we arrived they told us the hot tub went out of service that morning. Front desk clerk was ANNOYED that we arrived. The hotel is under some renovation which should be more talked about, not just in reviews. The room was decent, shower was dirty. The lady who worked at the breakfast which multicolour hair was very sweet and on top of making sure everything was full but that everyone had everything they needed!

We booked three rooms. One the tv didnt work until the 2nd day, the 2nd rooms had dirty towels in bathroom, the 3rd rooms door was super hard to open had to use my shoulder to open it each time, also the sheets on one of the beds was all stained up. Hot tub was luke warm at best and was told they couldnt fix. Staff was nice but couldnt fix the issues.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, but that did not affect us much. Our room was mostly done over and looked great, but the one bed was broken on the corner. The breakfast buffet was perfect for the price and location to the outlet mall is the best you can get. The hot tub was down while there so the winter stays felt a little colder. The staff were all very friendly and we had no issues at all.
