"Hotel Goldener was amazing. Chiusa is one of my favorite towns in Italy, with amazing restaurants and cafes all in walking distance with not much crowd. Good spa and jacuzzi. The staff was very friendly."

"Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel. The hotel is cozy and conveniently located on the road leading to many tourist attractions. The rooms are modern, stylish, and very clean. The bathroom was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. The hotel offers easy access to the parking area, pool, and restaurant. Service was friendly and professional throughout our stay. Breakfast was good, although not exceptional. Hot options included omelets and boiled eggs. There was a wide selection of cereals, muesli, and granola, but the choice of vegetables for making a salad was somewhat limited. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool on the fourth floor, which offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. A few minor drawbacks: the Wi‑Fi signal in our room was extremely weak, and I ended up using mobile data most of the time. I reported the issue at reception, and although I was told it would be fixed, I did not notice any improvement. Also, there was no phone in the room to contact reception, which meant going downstairs whenever we needed assistance. Finally, our room was at ground level, and everyone walking to and from the parking area passed directly by our windows. This reduced privacy considerably and forced us to keep the curtains closed most of the time."

"This was such an adorable little hotel in a cute little town! The rooms were excellent and felt so cozy. The bathrooms were spacious and large enough to accommodate larger individuals. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. We opted to eat in the restaurant for dinner and were quite happy with the food and especially the dessert assortment, which was a tower of several desserts!! Stay here! Enjoy the small town and the people here!!"

"The service from the hotel staff was excellent, the breakfast was very complete and varied, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hotel is located in a very quiet area. The village of Klausen, about 200 meters away, is a very picturesque spot."

"We arrived late at night and the owner himself was there to welcome us, and greeted us by name, that small gesture set the tone for the whole stay. He also upgraded us to a room with a stunning view of the Alpine mountains, which was such a nice surprise. Waking up to that every morning never got old! The food was really delicious, with breakfast being our favorite. Our son had an absolute blast with the playground and the little farm on the property, chickens, hens, goats, It's one of those places that just feels special. Highly recommend it if you're looking for somewhere with real character and genuine hospitality. We'll definitely be back!"

"Restaurant incredible. Wine is delicious and cheap. Free breakfast 10 stars. Staff very accommodating. Rooms are spacious and clean. My only complaint is having the sauna and hot tub open 4 hours during the day. Would love to get home from skiing and not feel rushed to use amenities. Highly recommend for easy nearby access to Val Gardena & Sellaronda. "
