Summary:
In September 2023, this home underwent a comprehensive remodel, featuring new flooring, paint, bathroom vanities, kitchen upgrades, dining set, rugs, art decor, and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. The outdoor space was enhanced with a new dining set. Centrally located between Roseville and Granite Bay, it's just a block from Maidu Park and a 3-minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Perfect for your family's enjoyment.

The Space:
Indulge in a range of amenities during your stay, including fast Wi-Fi for seamless connectivity, a convenient garage for secure parking, and the added convenience of a washer and dryer. The primary suite offers a luxurious retreat with a 55" TV, while the living room is equipped with a spacious 65” TV for entertainment. This pet and family-friendly residence is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, providing a serene environment for relaxation. The expansive front and backyard spaces invite you to unwind outdoors. With its array of features, this home is ideal for both extended stays and traveling professionals alike.

Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:
A late checkout will incur a minimum charge equivalent to an additional night's stay. Kindly observe noise levels after 10:00 pm to ensure a peaceful environment. When parking, please utilize spaces in front of our home, the garage, or our driveway, refraining from parking in front of our neighbors' residences. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

**Please note all stays over 30 days require a monthly cleaning, paid by the guest at our current standard cleaning rate. Guest will be contacted in order to make payment and coordinate scheduling at a time when the property is vacant so that our cleaning staff can have the best use of their time and prepare the property for the guest return.

Home owner canceled reservation with out explanation

The home owner canceled out reservation the day of. I emailed them to find out what happened but no answers will never use Vrbo if this is how they run there platform
