「We could not get in the home at check in because the lock box batteries was dead and it took someone 1.22 hours to bring us a single key with promises to have the lock box fixed the following day, the owner was a no show, we stuffed a paper towel and taped the lock since we had one key and every time somebody went out the door locked.
