"This property is accommodating to large families. Lots of space for everyone to enjoy. Grands swam all day every day we were there. We were able to watch tv outside while they swam. Older kids floated the Frio and had a fabulous time. Would highly recommend this space for large families!"

"We loved the old time experience of staying in a wagon with modern upgrades. Def a must visit in South Texas. We plan to come by here to either stay in the wagon or rent an rv. I love how they have gas grills, smoker, & campfires, too. The gentleman who helped my husband and I take a Polaroid with our camera was very accommodating. "
