Your Frio family vacation planning just got a lot easier! This beautiful hill country home 4 B/4 B home & pool is located on the Concan Country Club Golf Course! Your privacy at this home is perfect for children and adults. “RIVER TIME” is located on the fairway of Hole #1. The rock and stucco home was designed for your family and friends. The 2,000 sq ft home has an open floor plan for the living/kitchen-dining area, with 4 bedrooms/4 baths. There are 2 bedrooms/2 baths on each side of the house. Nestled in the native oak trees, “River Time” has a backyard and pool area that is over the top for your family gatherings. There is nothing better than a star filled sky here in the Texas Hill Country to complete your day. Enjoy the privacy of the golf course, but yet, have all the excitement and entertainment from the HOUSE PASTURE music venue. You are just minutes away from the crystal clear waters of the Frio River for tubing, kayaking, or just relaxing.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 4 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

Bedroom 2 — sleeps 4 – 2 queen
Bedroom 3 — sleeps 6 – 2 queen; 1 twin/twin bunk bed
Bedroom 4 — sleeps 4 – 1 queen; 1 twin/twin bunk bed

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and towels, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:

• Daily garbage pick up service

We do not provide:
• Tall kitchen bags
• Paper towels
• Hand soap
• Shampoo
• Dishwashing liquid/powder
• Salt & pepper
• Toilet Paper
