Hello I was very pleased with my stay here. The building architecture is very cool and it is build on the edge of a gorge. The inside of my room was also nice with relatively new and quality fixtures. The buffet breakfast was great as well. Lots of clean and quality options. Most importantly the staff was super helpful with everything. I got food poisoning (not from them LOL) during my stay there and they did things like bring food to my room and drive me to the pharmacy. Beyond that,...

Whatever you remember about youth hostels, this ain't it. Modern, clean, not cheap (it's Switzerland), and it has a very nice wellness spa for a rather reasonable additional charge. Food is good but not fancy, and staff were extremely helpful. The only glitch was that I booked this stay with OneKeyCash, and hotels.com (i.e., expedia) took my money and gave me a receipt showing no balance due, but then didn't actually pay the hostel! That led to lots of extra work for the hostel staff to...

This was a highlight of our trip. The location was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and well stocked as well as all the perk and amenities of the property. We especially loved the gym. One of the best stocked gyms we have seen. We will be back!

I’ve had an amazing experience at the Larix on my latest spontaneous trip to the Saas Fee. I arrived the same day as I booked the hotel, and the staff done everything to make my short/spontaneous stay as comfortable as possible. The shuttle from the parking garage was available until 5PM, and although I arrived and hour after the deadline, they waited for me and helped me with the bags (it’s a good 15min walk, and definitely would’ve not been fun with all the ski gear). Everything was great!

Beautiful, quiet setting. Wonderful staff that helped answer our questions. Parking was included which was a great bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and we chose to have available delivery for breakfast . All was to the highest standards. The bed was comfortable and our room had black and blinds making it easy to get a great night's rest. Great views too. There are several markets within walking distance. Not to mention a nice trail to walk. We will return.
