Haus Sion is located at the end of a quiet street, within walking distance of the village. The apartment is spacious, very stylish, and furnished with high-quality furniture. From the room, the terrace door offers direct access to the terrace and the large garden surrounding the house. Enjoy the views here and the view of the ski slopes leading into the village
In a few minutes' walk, you will be in the center of Maria Lovely's terraces, which surround the cozy village square. The village has the first ski lift (also in summer) that directly connects to the entire Hochkönig Ski Area.
Maria Alm is very popular with winter sports enthusiasts due to its small scale and good location. A medium-sized ski area is on your doorstep, with challenges for every type of skier. You can be in Leogang or Zell am See/Kaprun within half an hour.
Many sporting activities in the area make this apartment attractive. Hikers and mountain bikers can indulge, and a superb golf course is nearby
