"Rooms were a bit dated unfortunately and floor were not fully cleaned. The air conditioner needed a reset upon arrival and emitted a bit foul smell initially. Staff was helpful setting restaurant reservations and providing recommendations on activities. Overall the location was great given it was in the middle of the island. "The property was okay but the bunk bed didn’t have safety on top an the ladder moved when climbing down it… The staff are nice, but the people staying there are racist. I thought racism had changed but clearly not "

"On arrival our room type wasn’t available as the air conditioning wasn’t working however a delux room was allocated and the appropriate compensation was given. We switched to all inclusive at the last minute and found it was one of the best we had. The only frustrating thing was not being able to have the bar menu between 1-4pm. The staff were all friendly and the property was maintained. We will likely return in the future."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and its convenient location just 15 minutes from the airport. We stayed in a one bed apartment which was spacious and nicely furnished/decorated. We were staying on an all inclusive basis but it was great to have the small kitchen facilities in the room. The hotel itself is made up of blocks of rooms either over 2 or 3 floors and the gardens/grounds were well maintained and made for a lovely setting.
