"Very clean and comfortable villa. Great area"

"This was our second visit to this villa and it didn’t disappoint. There have been various kitchen upgrades since our last visit including a new state of the art fridge, which was great as we self cater a lot. The pool and patio area is populated with comfortable furniture and the garden has matured nicely in the last few years with high hedges and multiple flowers and fruit trees. The bed in the upstairs bedroom was extremely comfortable and the views from the small balcony were lovely, giving views of the sea and lighthouse, as well as the two neighbouring pretty villages. Thanks to the owner, Isabelle, for sharing her lovely Menorcan home as it feel like a home from home. Do not be put off by the lack of TV as the 32” monitor set up works perfectly. If you have a firestick you can simply plug it into the hdmi socket, pair the sound with the supplied Bluetooth speaker and you then have all your own content like Netflix and prime etc….without all the annoying Spanish TV adverts… or there is a supplied apple / android adapter that you can plug your phone or iPad into - it all works perfectly. We hope to return again in the future as it is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in on the island."

"Gorgeous villa and location. Waking up to the sunrise and sea every morning was breath taking. The villa was so clean and fully equipped. The host Robert, was so lovely and kind. We will definitely be coming back. 10/10 and would definitely recommend staying here with friends and family. "

"Super location and great communication from the host"

"Lovely clean and spacious villa, beautiful pool and excellent location - 5 mins to the stunning Arenal beach, and 5 mins in the other direction to a shop and local pizza restaurant. The Punta Grossa end of the resort is so lovely and peaceful. The villa is well equipped and spacious. The beds are comfy and all bedrooms have aircon. We had the same issues with the electrics tripping but thankfully I’d read it in an earlier review so knew to expect it and it was easily fixed. The pool is deep so a safety jacket was needed for our 4 year old at all times near the pool but if you have a toddler there’s a separate baby end. It’s also lovely because there are no villas behind it, just a little nature reserve with trees and wild chickens, we even saw a tortoise!This is a great villa, we would come back."

"A great villa very peaceful and close to port and bars"

"We had a great time.The hosts were excellent and responded very quickly to the questions that I asked, before and during our visit.The location is great, a short walk to supermarket, restaurants and the beach, but there are a lot of steps involved in getting to some restaurants and beach. The supermarket is accessible.The pool is large.The one issue that we had was neighbouring villa. I believe that this is occupied by full time residents with a young son. Quite rightly this is their home and they have every right to use the pool as they wish but on two/three occasions the child had friends round which involved loud shouting, bombing, and on one occasion kicking a football at the surrounding wall. Now we are home it seems less of a thing, but at the time it was very annoying. Again I would say this is their home/pool and they have every right to use it as they see fit, but it could be an issue for older renters (like me) who are looking for a peaceful holiday. To be clear, overall we had a great time and we would certainly look to book again in the future but forewarned is forearmed."
