"We were a little apprehensive, given its close proximity to Pontins and potential car-parking issues with weekend visitors to the beach. Instead this is a quiet friendly estate with some children playing in the street (no playground as far as we are aware) and occasional dog walkers. The accommodation was fabulous, reasonably modern and very comfortable for 2 (perhaps a squeeze for 4).
