「Staff was invested and remarkable. The hotel is new and the furnishings and layout were very nice. Lot was well lit, area felt quite safe and the location for us couldn’t have been better. Particularly enjoyed the energy electrical savings and also wall mounted thermostat which worked just fine. The sound insulation was a bit under par in my estimation. Footsteps above, I did not expect, traffic outside and adjacent room sounds seemed to me a bit above average.」

「Heater wouldn’t stay running. Cold!!」

「👍」

「Outdated but clean. Staff are always friendly. Breakfast is decent and included. Can’t beat the price when visiting my student at WMU.」

「Stepping into the Kalamazoo House felt like being transported back in time. The breakfast, prepared by a culinary chef, was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. A truly wonderful stay!」

「The staff were extremely helpful, the food delicious, and the grounds and amenities were first-rate. Like many Victorian-era buildings, this one shows a little wear on the exterior. Other than that, a delightful stay.」

「Very nice breakfast, something for everyone. Staff worked hard to keep the food plentiful.」

「Beautiful place!!!」
