"Room was clean and large, staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. It’s close enough to walk to the heritage areas and jonker walk in approx 10-15 mins and then escape back to peace and quiet away from bustle and traffic. When I had a wait between check out and my bus departure, staff generously offered me 2 extra hours use of my room for free without even asking for it. "My issue was with the internet in the room I was given. Arriving late and tired I proceeded to try to have the no Internet issue corrected but after approx 2 hrs I moved to another room. Internet was ok but other issues like no towel's resolved in the morning. "
