"We merely just for one night. Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite. "The breakfast was the best I've had in 2 weeks in South Africa. They made a three egg omelet to my specifications and had fresh fruit, excellent toast, yogurt, and coffee. My room had a view of the bay and I could partially see the harbor below. The property itself is in an upscale neighborhood, on top of the tallest hill above the harbor. My room had a balcony where I could sit out at night and see the city lights. The room was good size and had a load bathroom and was nice and clean. The owner obviously has a attention to details."
