Upper Canyon cabin in a neighborhood of other cabins. Great place to go, loved the hot tub and walking distance to the Rio Ruidoso. The sound of the water was present from the front porch

One of the best vacations we've had!

My kids and I had an AMAZING time. The staff was helpful, prompt and professional. The cabin was stunning. Hot tub, beautiful large deck, gas fire pit, webber grill, fully functional kitchen, plenty of dishes, utensils, fireplace and excellent wi-fi. This was by far the nicest place we've ever stayed while out on vacation and we can't wait to go back!

It was very quiet and cozy. Near the main street of local shops and businesses. I would stay again. The only negative is bring your own pillows, they weren't very good. Bedding was cute, but stinky.

Nice cabins, nice area in the pines. Beautiful view of nature and nature’s animals. The cabin’s are set up to accommodate. I do suggest bring a throw blanket for outside use. Most everything else is furnished.

This cabin is in need of some TLC. Such great potential but really dated and shabby looking. Hot tub cover broken, needs a paint job, window repair etc

Several maintance problems that included, bathroom sink clogged, leak in kitchen when it rained, and washer would not drain. Enjoyed the space of the cabin and the location. Don't think we would rented this cabin again.

We had difficulty checking in because the office address in Expedia wasn’t the address we had to go to. The real address was inconspicuous on the office. We decided to stay in the cabin every evening because the cabin porch light was broken and the neighborhood was very dark.

Property looked unfinished! Sofa and bed quilt old and smelled bad. Kitchen was just gross. Stove dirty and greasy. Dirty dishes in dishwasher. Mouse droppings in kitchen drawer’s . Whole place just needs a deep clean!!!!! Heater went out. And we only got a 5 percent discount for inconvenience . Place needs attention from management . Housekeeping doing a terrible job. Disappointing and gross!! Dont recommend !!!

Property has amazing location and it has perfect distance from other cabins. The cabin itself was dirty and filthy. The kitchen was clearly not cleaned before our check in. Microwave had food all over it and there were pans put away with oil and grease as if used and put away. The jacuzzi had nails coming out of it so the pictures are definitely deceiving. If you are going for a weekend with no kids and no plan to cook, it is a great price for the place.

Muebles muy viejos pareciera que no la habian terminado entraba aire por todos lados , los muebles viejos , residuos de carpintería por la casa , el baño demaciado chico, con mucha wntrada de aire, la cosi los utensilios viejos, la ubicacion buena pero definitivamente no me vuelvo a quedar ahi al menos que hagan una remuneración adecuada

We loved the fact that it was fenced so our dog could happily roam around. Other than that it was just ok. Mold on the shower window sill, grease under the microwave / stove hood. Only two coffee cups. The only hot tub jet is anemic and others don't work. Cigarette butts and bottle caps strewn about property. Ripped bedspread... I booked through Expedia and it clearly stated " breakfast for two " as included. Also, Expedia said 2 beds , one bedroom. Again, not accurate. Both parties ( owner and booking agent ) needs to vet their online presence for accuracy. Rude on phone as well. Will not return or recommend.
