Great location, very friendly staff, well-appointed rooms, and nice restaurant/bar!

Bare concrete floors in bathroom, freaking cold and it’s summer outside. How cold does that floor get at winter… Shower door needs a seal at the bottom so water doesn’t flow out in front of sink. Huge puddles flow out.

My stay at The Plaza was absolutely unforgettable and worth every penny!!! If you have the Plaza on your top choices, choose the Plaza, you won’t regret it. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was stunning, elegant, and beautifully maintained. The bedding was unbelievably comfortable, making it hard to get out of bed each morning. I also loved the bathtub, and the fact that the water gets wonderfully hot was a huge plus because that is exactly how I like it after a long day in the city. The spacious closets were another luxury touch that made the stay feel even more elevated. The 24/7 room service was delicious and so convenient, which made relaxing at the hotel even better. The location truly cannot be beaten. Being directly across from Central Park and steps away from some of the best high-end shopping in NYC made the experience even more special. The Plaza is truly a gem of New York City, and I cannot wait to come back!!!
