「Very good. Clean .good dtandard」

「Great place in heart of Florence. Had more space than we thought it would. Everything is within walking distance. Great food choices and markets near by.」

「Be sure to do the online check way before you arrive. I never received the online reservation link after I booked the room and had to call the customer service number to resend it. The 1st person I called was supposed to find out what happened and call me back. He never did. When I called back to follow up, Samuel answered and he was very helpful. When I finally got the link, it didn't work and I had to call him back again to have him complete it for me & I was able got the code to get the key....

「Outside of city center however it was a nice reprieve from the noise and chaos. there are some wonderful neighborhood gems for restaurants and the bus runs regularly and reliably. Only negative was when we reached out to the host upon arriving at the building, the host took 10 minutes to reply and to remotely open the door which after a long day of travel and standing in 90*+ heat with multiple children outside, it was very frustrating. Otherwise the property was nice, well equipped with AC, a...
