"To be honest, I knew the apartment was dated but it didn't appear very clean either. For example, the bed linens seemed worn and old, the bathroom (shower) smelled moldy, the trash wasn't taken out in the kitchen, and the bathroom towels smelled bad. The fridge did not work for us after plugging it in, the bathroom towels were not full length towels (but rather hand towels), the WIFI was unreliable. "Rok our contact person for the property was very communicative and helpful. He upgraded our stay to another cottage as well. The cottage had everything we needed, very comfortable. The velika planina was a wonderful experience"
