「Studio fidèle aux photos, joliment décoré, extrêmement propre et très confortable notamment grâce à la clim. L'accueil de Claudia et son mari est très sympathique et ils sont soucieux d'apporter le meilleurs service aux locataires. De la documentation est à disposition ce qui permet de se situer et programmer des visites rapidement. Le parc est bien entretenu et permet de se délasser à l'ombre des arbres. Excellente situation pour visiter Modène qui se trouve à 20 km. Nous gardons un excellent...

「What made this place so terrific was not the facilities, but Roberto and Claudia, the owners. They went out if their way to show us the wine production and surrounding area. They went above and beyond to help us with their pharmacy and anything else we needed. They made it our home. Scandiano is a delightful community. It was hard to believe based on the style in the shops that is was a farming town.」

「Maravillosa estancia con una zona de recreo enorme con barbacoas, ping pong, árboles frutales, mesas, zona de juegos infantil y súper cómodo para personas con perros. La amabilidad de los dueños te hace sentirte en tu propia casa. Totalmente recomendable en una zona poca explotada turísticamente con muchas cosas que aportar: Módena, Parma, Reggio Emilia, gastronomía italiana auténtica. Para volver una y otra vez.」

「Loved it! It’s a unique apartment with a lot of character and charm. The views of the city are just amazing. Located right in the historic center of Modena, just at footsteps from great restaurants, the duomo and the Mercato Albinelli. Luca was a great host, very kind and attentive.」

「Well appointed and comfortable apartment within a short walk of Modena town centre. Perfect location and Stefanie was very responsive to any questions, dinner recommendations or parking advice! Well set up for a couple and good air conditioning too. Only comment is there is a small staircase that is quite steep from the lift up to the floor the apartment is on but this is no issue at all. Would certainly recommend!」
