I have given you a 4 star rating because your breakfast was so amazing! The selections were out of this world! But…. While our room was clean and very comfortable, we were given an accessible handicapped room. We made these reservations months ahead and for the price we would have appreciated a larger room, and a normal bathroom with a full sink area.
Everyone else in our party got a normal room: We would have appreciated a chance to say no, but had no idea until we lugged all our luggage up and down that long stretch of a hallway! (How is a room that far away from the entry and the lobby accessible? ). Thank you.
