The apartment was in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city but walking distance. The layout was small but functional. There was a washing machine on site. There was a small kitchenette that was useful if needed. The check in and check out process was smooth. I would recommend this place if you want good value.

We had booked a room with bunk beds. Upon arrival these had not been installed. Quickly sorted by staff so nothing major. The building could do with better glazing/soundproofing. I was staying with my kids who found it hard to sleep with the noise of people talking,walking and even coughing in the street outside. Very poor for a Radisson. Location is excellent in-between the palace and fortress. Oslo city centre is on your doorstep. All staff members we interacted with were fantastic. Always friendly, helpful and good ambassadors for the hotel. The room itself has clearly been maintained and prepared to a high standard. A big thank you to the cleaning team for their efforts. Only slight downside is that we could not figure out how or if the aircon was on but it was only 23 degrees outside. That may be a design of Red series hotels.
