"The townhouse had everything I needed. Check in was wonderful by the host. However Townhouse 42 definitely needs a refresh. couch needs to be steam cleaned or replaced. Stained and torn. Great parking in your own garage and there is a security patrol 24/7 Lake view was amazing and watching the little blue fairy wrens in the backyard"

"Room was clean enough except for the spa bath which was filthy, and mould in the shower. I booked a 'king bed with sofa bed' - no linen for the sofa bed. When I enquired, it would be supplied with an extra charge. I could've booked a king bed room for much less than what I paid. Gardens desperately need tending. Daily servicing meant only fresh towels were supplied. No toilet paper, tea, coffee. Washing machine in the laundry didn't work. TV didn't work properly. Not enough cutlery - one spoon!"

"Not set up at all like a normal stayz property.Looks like a vacated house with minimal to no amenities. Tv does not have any channels. Stains on ragged carpet. Furniture old and needs replacing. Lighting dim. Burner on stove doesn’t work. Garbage bin is a bathroom bin size. Cooking is difficult with tiny pots and lids that don’t fit. House is for sale!! Two of the beds are unusable as mattresses are so hard.Large walk in closet with no where to put anything. Positive- air conditioning works very well."

But would encourage and recommend 31 Atlantis Drive as a holiday home for families.Point Cook is a safe, quiet and peaceful suburb, community friendly, children's outdoor park close to the home, shopping centre at close hand and not far from Melbourne airport or Melbourne cbd. We loved the house which provided all necessities and more. Annika (host) was very welcoming and prompt and accommodating with her responses to any of my concerns. I will definitely be staying here on future family trips to Melbourne. Thank you Annika and the team for allowing my family of 7 to stay in your beautiful home.
