"This is a nice conversion in a rural location but not too far from Rovinj and from the beachfront areas outside of Rovinj (walkable in 30 minutes or drivable in 5). Very nice outdoor area and small pool, reasonably comfortable interior. A mix of old decor / furnishing and modern but providing all that is required for a self-catering break away in the peaceful countryside. Gordan, the 'next-door' manager was very helpful in spite of language barriers (but not intrusive) - though we needed to call...

"The Villa is much larger than pictures show and perhaps a floor plan would be useful to help describe layout as it is quite unusual with the living space upstairs and essentially a one bed apartment downstairs. Worth having this information if you are visiting with young kids as you will be quite far away from them (two floors) if you need to use all the rooms (although the other three rooms are all next to each other and on one floor). The hosts were so helpful and fixed any problems...
