A memorable place

The owner is very nice and very helpful. We enjoyed the stay and the breakfast. Four minutes by car to the city center, free private parking is a plus for people with cars.

Great hotel. The property is full of olive and kiwi trees. Staff were very welcoming, bringing us welcome drinks, snacks and fresh off the tree fruit. This hotel is on the outskirts but still very walkable to the old town.

The staff were all exceptional they gave us afree upgrade to a bigger room just because it was available for the time of our stay. I highly recommend to anyone. Staff also gave great recommendations on places to go and things to see. 15 minute walk to old town and the route was safe and well lit.

Fabulous

What a superb little hotel. Christian and his team should be very proud of the standard they have . As a guest you feel very valued and important. The rooms are pristine and the breakfast is the best we have while touring Northern Croatia . No sunbed scrum here, it’s so idyllic you lay listening to the birds singing. We loved it

Great stay as part of longer break

Kristjan and his team were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The hotel was located a 20 minute stroll from Rovinj town centre and had ample parking just next door. Our room was clean, spacious and airy and had a balcony. Breakfast was superb each day and the team provided great recommendation for visits across Istria. Highly recommended - we will be back if we return to Rovinj!

Eine Wohlfühloase

Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir sind früh am Morgen angereist und weil das Zimmer noch nicht fertig war, wurde uns ein Frühstück angeboten. Das Zimmer hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Mit einer Dusche und einer Badewanne im Zimmer. Wir hatten unser Zimmer ebenerdig und hatten einen grosszügigen Gartensitzplatz. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und äusserst Aufmerksam. Wir fühlten uns die ganze Zeit ausgesprochen wohl im Hotel. Das Hotel besitzt einen grosszügigen Garten mit einem Pool und man frühstückt im Garten oder im Speisesaal Das Hotel ist klein und dadurch sehr familiär Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt. Zu empfehlen für Menschen, welche die Ruhe zu schätzen wissen. Die 25 Minuten zu Fuss in die Altstadt nach Rovinj haben wir sehr gerne in Kauf genommen.

En oase med helt enestående ejer og personale

Et helt ualmindelig skønt sted, særligt pga ejeren Kristijan og hans helt enestående personale. De var virkelig hjælpsomme og skabte også en fantastisk stemning, fordi de tydeligvis har det rigtig godt sammen. Morgenmaden er med stort udvalg og friskpresset juice - hver dag! Endvidere mulighed for frisklavede æggeretter. Vi havde 6 overnatninger, og den ene dag havde en af os fødselsdag, og der overraskede personalet med ekstra flot bordpyntning, hjemmelavet lagkage med frugt samt fødselsdagssang. Stedet har 12 lejligheder, ligger roligt og har skøn pool med mange solstole (og håndklæder). Nemt at parkere ved stedet. Det er det perfekte oase tæt på byens centrum - og de har masser af anbefalinger til de skønneste steder hvis man som os, gerne vil væk fra den meget turistede by .

Christopher was the best host! Not only is he helpful with suggestions of where to go, he recommended excellent restaurants. Our room was huge with a balcony. Casa Alice has a pool that is lovely. We loved having bikes to use for free ( reserve ahead) and the 12 minute walk to Rovinc. Highly recommend this place!!!!

Casa Alice is a really lovely place to stay. The staff were fantastic - we had such a warm welcome, and Christian and his team couldn't do enough to help us have a good few days in Rovinj. The location was great - about 15 minutes walk from the town centre, so near enough to lots of restaurants and a beach, but in a peaceful part of the town. Our room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool - and the pool itself and garden was gorgeous, with plenty of sun loungers in both the shade and sunny spots. The breakfast was great - lots of homemade and homegrown produce, and the cakes throughout the day were delicious. I'd definitely visit again!

A Great place to stay in Rovinj

Great location - walk or short drive to town or beaches. Owner and staff were especially friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. Pool area was quiet and a comfortable place to read, sunbathe etc. Breakfasts were excellent and our room was well appointed and very spacious. Highly recommended!

Our hearty welcome by the owner Christian was hands down the best treatment we received our two weeks in Europe. His friendliness and kindness are only precursors to his honest desire to help his guests have the best stay ever. The cakes and pastries were absolutely delicious and we're dreaming of them already. The pool is so inviting and kept in wonderful condition. We swam both days of our stay. The local restaurant that Christian recommended to us was fantastic. The free parking lot is close and convenient. The hotel sits in a quaint part of town, far away from the noise that it's quiet and peaceful (we read a lot near the pool), but also only a few minutes drive into the hustle and bustle. Our favorite moment was when we came back into our room from being in town touring and had inquired about on-site laundry to Christian at breakfast that morning. Not only was our room made up but my husband's dirty laundry had gone from his laundry bag to a neatly folded pile of freshly laundered clothes on our bed. What! We were astounded. Only at a lovely place like Casa Alice where guests are valued and cared for with love.

A little gem hidden in beautiful Rovinj

The pictures don’t do it justice, this place is magical! We were awaited with coffee, cake and freshly squeezed juice at check in. They had wonderful landscaping, pool and a very relaxed setting, you couldn’t help yourself but relax. The staff and the owner were wonderful and the entire Casa was spotless! This place is a 5 star resort. We plan to return to Rovinj and stay for much longer. We are so happy we found this place.

Christian greeted us with delicious cappuccinos and helped us get settled. Our room was spacious with a view of the sea! Everything was very clean and clearly renovated well. The breakfast is the most divine - so many homemade options, fresh squeezed orange juice, perfect coffee and tea, cheeses, meats, eggs cooked to order, homemade breads and jams. We would love to stay here again!
