"Building work went on until 9 at night staff were very rude check in took an hour When I complained I was told to send an email they didn’t try to help at all the hotel was terrible thankfully we booked through Expedia They sorted everything for me and got me some compensation Love Expedia"

"Staff was great but the rooms were in bad condition. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and it was confusing getting around the complex. Nothing nearby (restaurants, shopping, etc)"
