「Felt like a home away from home, from the moment we stepped inside. Easily walkable to convention centre and cbd, day and night, and as we didn't research supermarket business hours very well, we found the bonus restaurant downstairs was very handy for morning buffet breakfasts! Highly recommend, exceptional hosts, timely and responsive communication, and we're looking forward to our next trip to Perth.」

「Very clean,Neat & tidy with everything available.Residential ,High rise building (9th floor,great view from entry) with secure,gated off street parking & electronic building entry.Sleeps 4 ,charges apply (for more than 1 person) for extra guests & the use of the sofa bed (that is very comfortable)」

「Had a 4 night stay in May, we found the apartment to have everything we needed. It was very clean, decently equipped kitchen, and after a couple of weeks travelling a bonus having a washing machine. The location was excellent - easy walk to beach and cafes and also into Cottesloe. Our car was a bit too big for the underground car park but plenty of free parking on the street right outside. It’s worth mentioning that there is no lift, so a couple of flights of stairs to negotiate. Also AC in...

「Great place to stay, clean, roomy also great for a base to travel. Area good, Hillarys marina a 10 mins walk. Beach across the road. We would stay again and recommend to family and friends.」

「Exactly the right place for our plans. Those who don‘t just want to sit in the car can reach everything on foot. Rottnest can be seen and quickly reached. The train station is not to far away. You can easily get around using public transport. Quick communication. All in all, recommended. 」

"RACアリーナに近いため、コンサート終わりに宿泊するのに便利だった。大通りに面しているが、とても静かで良く眠れた（16階に宿泊）とてもモダンで綺麗な部屋だった。シャワーのお湯の出も申し分ない。チェックイン＆アウトの時しか会っていないが、スタッフはとてもにこやかでフレンドリーな態度で良かった。気になったのは、冷蔵庫を開けたら水が溜まっていたこと、部屋に入ったら少し湿っぽい匂いがしたこと、ベッドサイドのランプが壊れかけでチカチカ光る状態だったことくらい。日本人観光客へのアドバイスとして、アメニティがほとんどないので注意。あるのはボディソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、石鹸、タオルのみ。オーストラリアはどこもそうだが、パジャマ類、スリッパ、歯ブラシ、メイク落とし、基礎化粧品など、日本のホテルにあるようなものは全くないので、自前で準備が必要。あと、卓上のお菓子は有料なので食べたら精算忘れないようにお気をつけ下さい。 "

"ボディークリームがシャワールームに設置され、パウダールームにはボディーウォッシュが2つ並べられていた。数日たっても変更されないまま。余りここまではチェックされないのだろう。ミスは人にとって誰にでもあるので不便を超えない限り、オケとしている。その他はホスピタリティがよく、再度、選択したいホテルである。"

"<英語の後に日本語で記述しました> I don't remember how many times did I stay in Perth, but it was the best stay I believe. I will probably go to Perth more times, but I want to make this hotel my regular place. First of all, I really appreciated the service of the staff. I looked for a parking space to drop off my luggage, but unfortunately I could only park a little far away from the hotel front. However, the front desk staff was very polite and helped me carry my luggage and gave me detailed instructions on what to do with my luggage until check-in. It was easy to understand even for non-English speakers, and it was a great help in a hotel where I sometime feel lonely when traveling abroad. I really want to say thank you that lady staff who helped me. We also received hospitality such as welcome juice and "warm" cookies, and the hospitality was very heartwarming, and my wife and I were very impressed. The room was also great. I chose a river view room. Early time I visit Perth, I try to reserve a Swan River view room everytime, but unfotunatly they have never let me through, and I gave up and stopped taking it a few times ago. This time, I just chose a river view room, but they reserved it for me. It may be ordinaly thing that they will provide you with what you have reserved, but I finally had my first river view, and the view was great and the sunrise was very beautiful. It was spacious and clean. There was a bathtub, and in the morning, I took bath while looking at the Swan River a"

"We had requested, if possible, a high-floor room with a view of the western side, and not only was our request granted, but we were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. The view from the room was amazing, and it became a truly unforgettable memory for us. Even though we don’t speak much English, the staff were incredibly kind and always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel very welcome. We would definitely love to stay here again when we come back to Perth."
