The property itself was a nice property, I woukd say great but was missing light globes in the bedroom, had wet towels in the washing machine and linen in the dryer and the bathroom and kitchen were not as clean as you would expect. 」

Charge for key loss is extreme and well beyond cost recovery and gives a bad impression of the management. Never got the impression management were there to help and assist their client.
