Clean, warm welcome, small swimming pool, fridge, AC that works. Right by thermal baths , which are well worth a visit. Lots of eateries nearby. Hotel bar. Self serve laundry.

A relaxing location just outside of Rotorua. Family friendly with great facilities including board games, sports equipment and bike hire. Pricey during peak season but worth the money.
