Excellent experience at an incredibly uniquie property! We were well taken care by every member of the staff our entire stay! The food was absolutely incredible every evening and morning and the wonderful chef even packed us a picnic lunch to take on our exceptional hike to their private waterfall! Our stay here was one of the overall highlights of our entire trip!

Beautiful property surrounded by trails to hike in the forest. Really unique lodge we were very glad we stayed. Plus was the spa and lovely outdoor hot tubs.
While the meals were okay but not great, we enjoyed the social hour and meeting the other guests. Lodge rooms were smaller than expected.
Beware that it is a long windy drive in and out of the hotel.
If I die and go to heaven I hope it is just like treetops. We had an amazing five days. Phillippe the chef is a master at his craft and gave us meals that in my opinion would not be out of place in a Michelin starred restaurant. Ross was the perfect host and seemed to predict our every need. In short it was a perfect stay
Exceeded all expectations! Lodge and estate grounds were beautiful, service was amazing, and food was 5-star quality. Highly reccomended and can't wait to go back!
I honestly do not have the words to describe just how serene this location is - to say it is gorgeous or beautiful doesn't quite capture the entire essence of it.
Excellent food and accommodations. The staff was excellent, making sure that we were completely taken care of even by taking us to our next location (after we checked out) when our taxi was very late in showing up. If you have the time in the morning, do yourself a favor and take the tour of the estate - it is breathtaking with stags coming right up to the vehicle!
Treetops is truly a once in a lifetime experience. The staff is extremely friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and taken care of. The views and surrounding bush are absolutely jaw-dropping. The villas are warm and inviting as is the lodge itself. The estate offers many different activities so you don’t have to leave to have a relaxing or exciting stay. This is the place to stay if you want to be pampered off the grid in a little slice of paradise.
Thank you to everyone at Treetops who made our family Easter holiday so amazing. We love Pheasant cottage and would have loved to stay longer. See you again!
Fantastic destination and gorgeous property...staff is knowledgeable and friendly...only negative comment I would make is the cost of the fixed price dinner...quite high relative to the quality/value of the dinner. Overall I would return again for the experience.
The lodge is exquisite! The food was also exceptional! I highly recommend the hike to Bridal Veil Falls in the morning. It's a nice workout and quite beautiful. Stroll to the Glow Worm Wall in the evening after a gourmet dinner...take a glass of wine!
We had a lovely lodge room, however, it was a bit warm without ac!
An absolutely amazing place. Great for relaxing and exploring. Tons of activities to keep yourself as busy and entertained as you'd like. First class service and amazing estate to table dishes.
This property is like a piece of paradise. We are so fortunate to have found it and be able to spend 5 nights there. So there so much to do just on the property that it is a vacation all on its own. We are already planning our next trip back.
Great stay and experience.
Lodge facilities were great and abundant. The best thing was the staff on site, such friendly people.
Also the added touches we didnt expect or request was the cherry on top of a wonderful stay.
The surroundings and hiking tracks were also wonderful.
